Eligibility Criteria for Online Tutor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- At least 1 year of English teaching experience.
- Good WiFi and a laptop with a webcam.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Taking demo classes for kids.
- Teach the kids using RL’s pedagogy.
- Conduct regular classes using RL’s Curriculum.
Shift Timings
- India: 3PM to 8PM
- Middle East/Europe: 3PM to 11PM
- US/Canada: 10PM to 8AM
Pay (per hour)
- INR 250 per regular class
- Additional INR 100 for international kids (10PM to 6AM)
Eligibility Criteria for JEE Trainer
- Strong communication skills and teaching ability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- At least 6 months of teaching experience.
- Must have a stable internet connection and basic teaching tools.

- Providing personalized one-on-one lessons.
- Evaluating student progress and providing feedback.
